Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ManageBeds collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our Service.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: when you register, we collect your name, email, phone number, business name, and login credentials.
Booking and guest information: hotels using ManageBeds store guest details, reservations, stays, payments, and related records ("Customer Data"). This data is controlled by the hotel; ManageBeds processes it on the hotel’s behalf.
Usage and device data: we automatically collect log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps to operate and secure the Service.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to authenticate users and secure accounts; to process subscriptions and payments; to provide support; to send service-related communications; and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Roles: Controller and Processor
For account and billing data, ManageBeds acts as a data controller. For guest and booking data entered by a hotel, the hotel is the controller and ManageBeds acts as a processor, handling the data only per the hotel’s instructions and these terms.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, email/SMS, payment processing) under confidentiality obligations; parties you or your hotel direct us to (e.g., OTAs, payment gateways); and authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. Data Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and logical isolation of each hotel’s data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes. Hotels may request export or deletion of their data subject to applicable law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object or request portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. If your data was provided to a hotel using ManageBeds, please contact that hotel, and we will assist as processor.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the Service, and limited analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect functionality.
9. International Data Transfers
The Service may be hosted and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal information.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
